Your blog is good read. Liked the one on decency. Folks would like to learn more about you. Light Blue on Grey hurts while reading, you may want to do something about it.

thank you lalit for your honest feedback....was just experimenting with the font and colours ...will change it rightaway.

I would suggest you make your template background color either a little darker and the text white... or make the background lighter and make the text black... also try not to write the whole post in italics...
content is good, the writing just flows and the paragraphs are given at appropriate times... keep writing regularly :)
