Hi Friends..

I am a recruitment consultant by profession. I noticed there are so many recruitment blogs in western countries but in india there are very few. I wanted to connect with other recruiters and share whatever little knowledge I have gained from this job. So I started this blog.

It contains tips on different aspects of recruitment, my opinion on changing recruitment scenario, use of social media for recruitment etc.

I know many of you may not relate to the content, still if you can spend some time and give me some  suggestions, I will be grateful.Smile

I went over your blog. The content is good although, it is not my cup of tea I kinda liked your effort in putting it together. Probably the best thing, you could get working for your blog is hosting your own blog. That way, you can put it out on your resume, visiting card...you know greater visibility. Good luck and keep posting.
