Nice blog and niche. A different pleasant theme would not be a bad idea. The background of the Guriji ad needs to be changed to suit the sidebar colour. Keep 5 posts on the homepage. Post regularly and make sure that in your blogger settings you have listed it for search engines to pick it.

Another thing... try to get the blogspot URL subname (teklessons) same as that of your blog title. This will increase search traffic. e.g. techlessons.blogspot.com
