I would like to get some feedback and comments about my blog http://qualitypoint.blogspot.com/
I am writing posts about software Development and Software Testing including Automation testing using QTP tool.
And, I used to write about Tech News also whenever I get time.
It will be good if you provide both positives and negatives (short comings) of my blog.
I will do my best to implement your suggestions step by step.

My personal views are that you have too much adspace. Not sure of it really gives you the value, but to the reader it is little bit on the higher side. If you can keep it subtle it will be good.
Also the widget troll on the left bar is too long. See if you either shorten it ore make two columns of widgets.

Hi there, i was thinking of doing a link exchange i.e. we both should put up the links to their resp blog on eachother's website so that we can generate more traffic and help our blog/website grow.
