I have few doubts on the Billions Heart Beating Competition.
1. Is the results based on the votes that we get or based on the pledges derived by the blog post.
2. Does the votes results are final? If so whether the voting is done based on reading them or just the one who has a great network?

Thanks addy, for the response, in the nomination phase, i read somewhere that based on the pledges derived by the blog spot the winners would be announced, but fine I am now clear.
I know better about IndiBlogger, and how voting is happening. Thanks for the point..

The vote system,is well devised but new entrant un ranked blogger gets just one point and ranked ones get double. for a single vote.
I wish to know what crime has he done to enter late in the contest.
then if a ranker votes for his contribution then new enrant should get double.
because an experienced vote should count same weight for new or old .
for soch lo contest i used to see vote begins on 7th aug.
but many old bloggers i saw were voted prior to the starting date.
will those votes be counted which were given prior to 7th august.
