Am not a techie but can safely say that you have a great blog. The theme is simple and the posts seem to be making a lot of sense, even to me, so ya, they are good.

The blog looks really informative. You have great content. Work more on the SEO aspect and be active Social networking platforms. I am sure that will have a great impact. But the images in your posts are not of high resolution. Try inserting images in Thumbnail size itself.
