i applied for google adsense. but everytime i did it. they reply sorry we can't accept it... any suggestions from you guys ?

There are other advertising networks, some of which approve your blogs easily. Here is a relevant thread,

Oh well adsense has become strict in recent times. So many other advertising networks which may not pay like AdSense does, but they pay enough to survive lol,  get a domain for better experience with ads and revenue, costs like $9-$11.
