Keep the spirit and Keep Blogging, will improve definitely

Thanks:)

Most Welcome :)

Alexa can always be manipulated. You seem to have manipulated to the extend possible. Oh by the way, rants also look for a rank? Hypocracy crying!

Please keep your idiotic views to yourself.
Read the whole thread, everyone knows Alexa can be manipulated. The thread is just for fun and to know each other better.

And if I had manipulated my alexa it would be in few thousands or hundreds not in millions.

+1 DS... Really Wonderful blog you have cloud nine, amazing writing skills :)

Good Pramodji:)
Nice number of reviews too...

india or any reginal ranking means how you rank in that specific country.

Site linking in means how many sites are linking to your blog .much sort of backlinks.

if you want to increase linking in data, do this (un-ethical way :) )

1. install alexa toolbar on your computer (from alexa site) and ask your freinds to do so too).

2. Visit the blogs where u see ur link and then click on them.

this linking in data updates once in 30 days so may take some time to get updated.

not that from one site u can have only one link

It shows on Alexa site

:)

You are welcome Mohini:)

Good Sanjeetha:)

Gr8 achievement

Dont worry, As a starter , its quite good.

You just at right place and time  to start acting .I vouch if you just follow some tips from now,you will see your rank somewhere near 400 K globally in next 30 days.

Ranking means your blog compared to others. I rough terms consider a cycle race or car race ranking. Rank or number 1 means best. Like google is #1 and Facebook is #2, If your site is getting much traffic you can get a rank 3. (could possible theroticly but practily not).

Its just a virtual rank. The data alexa gives is not 100% accurate but still your site is judge by this rank by many authiroties like ad companies and others. SO the better your rank is, the better you get paid :)

You will improve Upasana with time and effort:)
All the best.

Plus 1 sub and Arti...

Thank you for the details Sub!

Thank you Arti!

my plesure. keep smiling

That India rank is just awe inspiring!!!

Congos Arti:)
Keep Going:)

Kudos to you arti, your blogs stats are fantastic

Thank you subhashchy, DS and abhi :) Hope I can maintain those figures :)

Why maintain those stats Arti, keep improving them!!!

yea,  i meant that.. everything is going good but the sites linking in is somewhat stuck! Just refuses to move Any pointers on how that can be improved?

dont worry Arti about that linking data. It updates only once in month so check back after say 15 days and you will see update for sure if someone linked to your blog.

the logic for site linking data is as follow :

When someone with google toolbar visits a page which links to your site, alexa counts it as one vote. and for each site or domain only one link is counted . if you have 500 links from inidiblogger, it will be counted as only 1.

:) Hope it helpes.

Nice info Subhash:)

Thank you very much @subhashchy. I somewhat get the logic behind it now, will do a recheck in some days..

arti and DS my plesure. happy happy

Yup happy!

Yeah happy!
