Stock market plunge is a huge financial loss too for many, i hope you have not incurred loss.  Ranking does not cut into wallet though Lol 

This ranks sucks. Google rank of my blog for 9 months was Zero, inspite of having 90000 readers in this period! yesterday suddenly the google rank has moved to 4... Whats all this going on?? I am not able to make out.

I think there is some mistake, please track Alexa.

It is a clear proof that readership does not ensure increased ranking, it seems updating or posts which has a bearing on ranking.  

The ranks are mainly for fun... And for motivation, I guess:) And they are not perfect, far from it really...
Love it or Hate it, but it cannot be ignored!! People surely wait eagerly for it:)

+1 @DS Any Rank can never estimate the true worth of our blogs because it is not just about alexa, last updated, GPR, stats, numbers, etc etc... it is about so much more, the things that can never be tracked!
