This is the blog written by a development professional. In my long career of twenty six years as a civil servant, I always considered myself a development professional, a dreamer always trying to extend boundaries in order to achieve development milestones. I have worked in different capacities in Government of West Bengal as well as in UNICEF. Through this blog, I propose to share my ideas on the development caleodoscope.
