looking for feedback on my blog
personal
life
experience
Here are my observations.
The template, content, writing all look good. You have good amount of comments too.
On the right hand side you should place the widgets one below the other as now they are placed parallel to each other and so lots of space on one side and cluttered on the other side. Place the Blog archive right above Followers widget. You can also move the indiblogger badge from bottom to right side column. What is the slide show about - is it pics you have taken? Can you put some text to explain the pics? If it is just a widget showing random pics, check if it is essential to your blog.
Under "About me" section, you name in black font is not at all visible with the black background. Can you change the font color to white (html editing)? Or you have to change the background theme.
Regarding the photos, you should take them from royalty-free web sites. You are using pics with the copyright watermark on them. This should not be done. Always use pics that don't have the watermark logos stamped on them. Also you should use photos appropriate to the content. For example, in the post about "A couple & an office", you have used photos with foreigners, but the context is about an indian office, right? You talk about examples from your own life. So the pics should display indian office and indian staff.
Hope my comments helps.

Hey Sujatha,
Went through couple of articles on your blog and I must say awesome writing. Would like to provide review in d form of Strength and weaknesses, so that you can work on them. Le me start with weaknesses and end on a good note by giving a list of strengths:
Weaknesses:
1. Establish a theme of your blog and make it look like if it is for people.
Example:
http://beautyandeverythingelse.com/ , http://www.bloggerabhilash.info/, http://smiling-soul-sowmya.blogspot.com
I don't believe in self praise, however before 2 months my blog was also quite personalized, after getting this feedback I made it look like it is for people who follow me.
2. It's just my opinion that I don't find "Name" good enough as header of a blog.
3. Have follow this blog by email gadget on the top right corner
4. Have "Share on FB" and "Share on Tweet" Gadget. And prepare a list of categories above archive.
5. Add the copyright statement
Now let's talk about strenght:
1. Your writing style is LIVE.
2. You have written about interesting topics and u have a gr8 thought process.
3. You have good number of followers and number of comments, which proves that your content has meaning.
Hello Hemant
Thank you for reading my blog & reviewing it. Thanks 4 d TIME you spent AND your qualitative feedback. Have already worked on a few of them (points 3 & 4)
Value each word you've written - both under weakness & strengths. Kasam se!
About points 1 & 2: m truly clueless! have no idea what my theme is or if i want one!! n frankly, i really dont know how to write "for people".
I may be a year old in bloggin but m actually quite lost with all d features/options/variations/templates etc etc. (quite besharmi se admitting dis :) Still finding my way around.
nice template, content, writing all look good. You have good amount of comments too.keep it up.
