The interaction would involve - the quality of comments (not number) and your interaction with your readers on them and how you are able to drive discussions around the topic. In no way when we say interactions does it factor the number of comments.

Finally, it's not clear whether the entry is for a narrative or a slogan based. Someone explained that there would be no insistence on product promotion for weightage.
That's fine. But do the contest need a beautiful story line or a beautiful quick drama like commercial. If that gets clarifed and last but not the least, the word limits.

Whenever we have these tech gadgets for grab everyone wants to win, but when it was Qvendo's gifts, where the prize amount was much more than that of an ipad, bloggers were not interested.

I think that the reason for low participation in Qvendo contest was the lesser number of prizes and not the worth of the prize. Going by what you have said, one can always sell one's prize and buy what he wants to though none like to do it.
There isn't any word limit for any of the contests on IB. Your post can be as small as 50 words or as large as 5000 words. All that you need to ensure is that the post is interesting enough to help you win.

Just wanted to clarify about entry submissions.. It says contest closes on 25th Nov midnight.. is that the same as last day to submit entry or is there a cut off date to submit entires too?? Please clarify. Thanks :)
25 th November is the last day to submit your entry. Closing date of the is simply the last date by which you need to submit your entry.
But still, it is recommended that you submit your entry as soon as possible so that your post and thereby your blog gets more exposure and unforseen circumstances may crop up in the alst minute.
And you can edit your submitted blog post as mnay times as you want till the 25th of Nivemebre (though I am not sure of it)

Hi I am new here and not familiar with the contest thing. Is "If you had two extra hours in a day, how would you spend it?" the topic? Also when I clicked on 'submit your entry' it redirected to indivine. I know I am sounding a little dumb but is this the standard procedure?
It's just like submitting other post links, first write about it on your blogm then come to the contest page & click on submit entry, then submit it like normal ways. Bingo...

I guess its time that the interactivity element should be removed from contests. Its difficult to judge on this. Creativity should be the only decision factor. Many bloggers might have delved now into main stream blogging. So if interactivity means more comments ? They might not have one! If that means Indi Forum comments. It would be different. How can we judge interactivity between comments, indiforum, twitter, fb etc What weightage do they get...
Pretty darn confusing. Why not write a post as you would and if the judges like it you win ! thats it...
BTW 1 more question. Do we need to link back to anything ?
