previous problem not solved
I'd opened up a thread last week - http://www.indiblogger.in/forum/topic.php?id=12970 and been instructed to contact the support team, which i did.
Unfortunately i haven't received any response from the support team, and as a result, the problem remains. I also don't have the support ticket no./info anywhere in my inbox and i didn't get any email notification for it either, though i did get a confirmation of the support ticket successfully created.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I have opened a ticket quite a few times earlier. I'd just say they are a bunch of super busy people. 
Just have patience.
Meanwhile majority of the crowd have dissapeared and went for that IBL thing :P.
Oh, this problem is pretty unique. 
As Ritvik said, the Team must be busy with something.. I am sorry, I have no idea abt your query but I am sure, help should be on its way soon. Good Luck!
