Help with Wordpress Theme???
How can I install a theme that I have downloaded on my free wordpress.com blog???
Please give a detailed and step by step instruction set.

Do you have a wordpress.com account or do you have a self hosted wordpress blog?
hiker has asked the right question.
in the case of wordpress.com blogs, we have to use only the themes available at that site. 
if the blog is self hosted like the wordpress.org website, then we can use our own theme downloaded free from the net. 
oh thats sad....as I mentioned above hiker I have a wordpress.com blog and no it's not self hosted.
