Multiple profiles
Can a person have multiple indiblogger profiles using different blogs ?
I think it's not allowed but correct me if I'm wrong.
I found this two profiles when I was going through Indispire topics

Even I have two profiles. 
I think it is allowed as long as you don't use them to promote your own posts and do similar things.
That's weird...but I think it shouldn't be allowed 
How is it checked that they don't promote their own posts ?
Further they can apply for giveaways and books for multiple times
The odds will be in their favor, futher like seen here It can be used to give 2 votes to the same topic in indispire.
Which should not be allowed.
Now it's upon Inditeam to decide.
Probably he didnt know he can add 2 blogs in a single profile
