yes the sponsored blogging is a kinda Paid Blogging. in which you have to review a desired article and you get paid for it.
there are many such programs available in market but, Companhy IZEA is consiered the best.(just like google adsense in ads)
Earlier it was neccesary for every logger ,to get their blog approved.
now there is nothing like that .
its just for some more days.
