Why my blog is not showing up on google search...??

Have patience...It will show up once you have enough content

I already uploaded sitemap and indexed... 

ok try typing site : your sitename in google 

do u get any results 

I am not getting my blog instead im getting my Google + posts of my blog..

Have you tried Fetch As Google from WMT.  Try that ok and also look at the sitemap page in WMT to see whether you have declined access to google bots

If you search for 

site:micromaxindianmarket.blogspot.com

you will get a number of results from your blog which means that your site is being indexed.

Whether or not your site gets displayed in search results depends on a number of factors  - seo.

Yep true what Ranjith says, and also remember the fact that Micromax has probably 100000000 search results so to be on top you have to write something special and attract visitors more than forbes, gizmodo, techcrunch and the Indian likes
