AdSense refuses to acknowledge my website address!

I have a strange issue. My blog has been approved by AdSense. Yet when it says, welcome and continue, I am taken to a page where I am supposed to enter the website or URL (http://miracleme.cpallavirao.com ). When I do fill this in, it says the following: 

Enter your primary website or URL. I don't have a website yet.
