There are several website offers such service but in what basis they evaluate your site? How can a script finalize your site value? My site www.j-k.in is valued from US$ 45 to US$ 1825. When I started my blog in April 2009 I have checked my site value this site- http://www.websitevaluecalculator.com/ valued my site with US$ 2300 now they say it is worth $ 86. Now the site you mention (http://www.websiteoutlook.com ) gives me US$ 1825.
According to me, do not trust these websites.. it is just another marketing technique to get more traffic.
All such sites are fake .... Just have a good laugh at whatever it tells u ! hehe !

Well there seems to be some method in the madness.I tried a lot of websites such as make my trip,linkedin,labnol,santa banta etc etc and found that the results matched expectations as least for these sites.
As far as the value of our websites is concerned I guess we have o treat it like a 'fortune cookie.If the result i good you wish that it was true but if it is bad you can forget about it as rubbish.;-)
