Softwares to be used in a blog
Hey people,
I am not so new to the blogging world and would like to improve on the design of my blog. I would like to know the softwares used in blogs to make it look more attractive and creative. For example, the navigation bar below the blog title, which says Home, About me etc.

no software needed, just go into blogger dashboar and add pages, you can add as many page as you want.
that navigation bar is notthing more than pages (In blogger), If its wordpress you have so many other things to add in navigation bar .
