Nepali Khichdo - Or Khichri !

This is perhaps the most unusual khichri I have eaten - and I would rate it very high in the delicious scale ! Do try it , make it nice and spicy and cool down with a chilled beer ! A gem of a post from this beautiful Himalayan country.
