Is the age limit of 20 and the passport requirement only for the first prize or the others as well, including the pen drives?

I didn't reopen it. May be it's a bug in the ticketing system. :P
And by the way, there is a bug in the indistuff contest pages. Comments posted for entries of http://www.indiblogger.in/indistuff/4/ are being shown on http://www.indiblogger.in/indistuff/1/
