Hi Saurabh, welcme to IndiBlogger. Here are my two cents.

• Too many images make the site heavy. Keep your design clean. To me a perfect design is little design emphasis.
• Your Blog Title is not cleary visible.
• Try to use a lighter background (though I am fan of Black background and white font color) it is easier for your viewers eyes.
• Facebook Profile widget should be placed at right side bar and not as you start your blog.
• Recent Posts should get a background color to make the links read able.
