IndiRank NOV 2011 - Predictions/Discussion/Results etc..

All so technical! PR2 and PR1 and mozrank and what not! I think I will forever lag behind since I have no clue about getting these up or down!

oh just keep blogging regularly. reading more, getting visitors to ur site... etc :)  both will change as needed on their own ;) if not also, ur having fun blogging so no loss :D

My rank has shot up into the sky - from 68 to 81. First time I am hitting 80+. All indiidual stats have come down but indi ranks says they have stopped considering google PR. That seems to have taken my rank up.

Congrats. The same is the case with me. My rank has shot up even though individual rankings have come down.

Mine went from 62 to 74, quite good. But Mozrank was somewhere close to 3 and now its zero  !!!! Wonder what changed that. I have no clue abt whats mozrank though.

Hi Anu. Even I have a Mozrank around 3.2 and Indiblogger is showing it as zero. I even rechecked the Mozrank just now to be sure. Although my indirank changed to 73 but I am ranking low in my category now where I was ranking much higher before. It is really baffling as to what has happened. Do let me know if you find out something. 

Hey, its sad to hear this happening. Looks like some sort of techical glitch. Drop the Team a mail (indi@indiblgger.in) telling them about this problem. This could take some time to get corrected but they sure can help you people out.

It was earlier the GPR that caused the problems and now, it is the MozRank....

Ek number hi to hai.. blog karo, mast likho, khoob padho, jo bhi ranks counted hai, rising will happen and if you've already initiated a ticket with Inditeam, wait for it to be fixed. They do take action, and like Arti says, if not now, then next update atleast. Why get disappointed? Lots of happy smileys to use and yeah, nearly bhool gaya.. --> CONGRATULATIONS on your Indiranks!

I think the scoring methodology has been changed, GPR is no longer being counted, and I found mozrank also to be showing as zero, though it it 3.18. I also found that the overall ranking of blogs have not changed a great deal (I looked at the top blogs in each category) but their Indirank score has gone up significantly. It is very heartening to see the numbers go up. WOnder what changes have been made? Maybe someone will start a new forum thread to discuss this in more detail.

That's true. What ultimately matters is our relative position and not our absolute rank. I think that you need to contact the IndiTeam regarding your mozrank. Mine isn't zero.

ya..the methodology has been changed, but is some problem in detecting external links, its shows a drop 4 me, bt in fact it has increased a lot, even according 2 indi stats my moz rank is lower than what it actually is....bt still my ranks made a huge leap..

Even my external link counts are decreasing with every IndiRank update from 770 to 675 to 596 to 306 

My extrenal links are a meagre 254
