Well, one reason for low voting could be that the bloggers themselves have to go through all posts and then cast their vote. This makes it a tedious task. And people try to excuse themselves from such tasks! Imagine, pressing a single button on an EVM is considered as a harrowing and painstaking exercise. Pressing the mouse button more than once is more harrowing!
