Spam Comments

Dear Friends,

I am using blogger and I am flooded with spam comments in my gmail mailbox. I have comment moderation enabled. Is there some way to eliminate these comments so that they dont come up for moderation?

It is quite a task to delete so many comments every single day!

Blogger has automatic spam detection enabled. So that should ideally take care of things. Some that pass have to be deleted manually.

I am not aware if blogger mails all (incl. spam comments) the comments in your inbox. If that is disturbing to you, you can turn the mail feature off.

Settings -> Posts and comments -> Comment Moderation ->

Email moderation requests to -> ---- Blank----
