• Blog is very long, consider using Read more tag to shorten up the front page..
• Didnt like the theme..
• Pictures are good, loved them..
• Poor choice of URL, hard to remember and type in for a first time visitor..

Looks smart and nice. However, I think blogs should have excertpt on the front page - that is a personal opinion though, on how a blog appeals to me. The other thing I'd say is don't use two different types of comments and the google plus comments impose some kind of limitation than the default comment system - if you are too cautious then you can always use comment moderation. 

Your photography is remarkable. Keep it up.
