I really liked your blog and content. But it took me a while to understand what it was all about when I visited it for the first time. A little intro about yourself and the blog might be good.

Keep up the good work. How do you shortlist people to feature on your blog?

I think you can have a better logo. The shadows of the Clip Art aren't looking good. The menu style and the subtle animations are good.  In the interviews list box, the text appears crowded. Increase the line spacing. Also, the phrase 'posted by admin' doesn't look enough. I think you can get rid of it.  The remaining part looks good.
