You have a good blog Ranjan. A bit irregular I guess, atleast your archive section says that. I have read a few of your posts, pretty much inspiring. Content wise - all good. But I would recomend you to change the design/theme of your blog. a black background is what puts me off, but thank god, you have large fonts. A decent navigation menu would be a good idea, i see that you top level consists of only two links. Also consider having a header image. Otehrwise everything look near pefect mate.

For days and months i have pondered over a good design/theme but finally i chose this as its a big classy and yeah i chose big fonts so that there is clarity
If you have any good suggestions for which wordpress theme would look good- pls let me know.I will also keep in mind the other stuff you brought to my notice
