Although all blood/type is made of the same basic elements, not all blood is alike. In fact, there are eight different common blood types, which are determined by the presence or absence of certain antigens that can trigger an immune response if they are foreign to the body.

There are four major blood groups determined by the presence or absence of two antigens: A and B on the surface of red blood cells: Group: A, B, AB, O.

In addition to the A and B antigens, there is a third antigen called the Rh factor, which can be either present (+) or absent (–). 

Group A: (Vegetarian)

 “A” blood group has been named as Agarian and it originated 20,000 years back. They have tolerant digestive system and can easily digest carbohydrates but are immensely intolerant towards animal protein. They may seem calm outside, but inside, they are filled with anxiety and worry. They are perfectionists and often shy and sensitive. They are good listeners and are sensitive to color and their surroundings.  They are fashionable on the latest trends. They are romantic in nature. “A” is most compatible with “A” and “AB” in the love department.

Best Traits: Conservative, introverted, reserved, patient, punctual and perfectionists. Worst Traits: Obsessive, stubborn, self conscious and uptight.

Food items recommended: Grains, legumes, kidney beans soy protein, tofu, flaxseed, sesame, chickpeas, wheat, cashew nuts, and organic vegetables.

Food items avoid:  Cows milk, all other cheese made from cow’s milk, Sea food, Red Meat, banana, coconut, papaya, mangos, cabbage, black olives, corn, peanut. 

Group B: (Balanced omnivore)

 “B” blood group has been named as Nomads and represents our ancestors who used to travel from one place to another. This blood group originated 10,000 years back. People with this blood group have very strong immune system; they don’t easy become a victim of allergies. They are very goal oriented and complete the ambitious tasks set before them. “B” type people are very outgoing and charming. They are good at reading people and providing support. They create their own path in life. They are very strong minded and optimistic in nature.” B” is most compatible with B and AB lovers.

Best Traits: Creative, passionate, animal loving, optimistic, flexible and individualistic. Worst Traits: Forgetful, irresponsible, and self-centered.

Food items recommended: Red meat, turkey, cod, salmon, goat cheese and milk, mozzarella, almonds, grains, legumes, beans, dairy, vegetables and fruits.

Food items avoid: Peanuts, blue cheese, chicken, goose, lentils, sesame, buckwheat, cashew nuts, wheat and corn.

Group-AB: (Mixed diet)

This blood type has been named as enigma and evolved very lately just 1000 years back. This blood group is an intermediate of blood group “A” and “B”. People with this blood group have fragile immune system; they have less production of stomach acids, and can consume the food items recommended for both “A” and “B” blood groups. ABs can be quite dualistic, possessing both” A” and “B” traits. They are shy, outgoing, hesitant and confident in nature. They are logical and determined to do things correctly. They often speak in a serious manner. Their patience, concentration and intelligence are admirable. “AB” can find a soul mate with any other blood group type. They love to know things about themselves. Actually this blood group is considered the worst in Japan.

Best Traits: Cool, controlled, rational, introverted and empathic.

Worst Traits: Aloof, critical, indecisive and unforgiving.

Food items recommended: Grains (olive, peanut etc.), crabs, fish, legumes, fruits, vegetables, meat, tofu and sea food.

Food items avoid: Lima beans, kidney beans, seeds, corns, sunflower, buckwheat and red Meat.

Group-O: (Meat eaters)

This blood group has been named as hunter. “O” blood group has been categorized as the oldest blood group among humans, which originated 30,000 years back. People with “O” blood group don’t have very strong immune system and they are very sensitive towards environmental and dietary changes. They are the social butterflies and are outgoing. Often popular and self-confident but very creative and always seem to be the center of attention. They make a good impression on people and they are often very attractive. Organized and determined, and their stubbornness will help them to reach their goals. They make good leaders. They are initiators, although they don’t always finish what they start. Love wise, “O” is most compatible with “O” and “AB”.

Best Traits: Ambitious, athletic, robust and self-confident, natural leaders. Worst Traits: Arrogant, vain, insensitive and ruthless.

Food items recommended: High-protein food items such as, poultry, lean meat, fish etc.

Food items avoid: Kidney beans, wheat, navy beans, and corn, cabbage, lentils, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower and mustard greens.

This is one lame excuse to drop the bomb of Shameless Self Promotion. Why do you people resort to such malpractices for promoting your blogs? All of your earlier threads too were shameless self promotion threads, except the Blog review request, which was in proper section.

Can we please request some IndiPolice to kindly delete this thread, and a similar others?
