Got the sample today. Wrapped in a small black carry bag and then neatly packed in a cardboard box.

I also recieved the sample... two bottles in a cute carry bag.. packing was intact for me thankfully.. thanks Indiblogger and tresemme :)

received it a few hours ago.. shampoo and conditioner bottles in a black carry bag.  shampoo bottle cap is a bit loose or its due to the lid design tht the bottels, carry bag and the booklet all were covered with shampoo. 

it was sent by trackon courier.

oh cool..so they are sending via diff couriers...then all shud recieve them soon...my packet was cut open and shampoo bottle half empty ( though wasnt spilt )---  i guess all couriers are bit err

There is no courier service available in my place they say! I shop online all the time!! Anyways updated my profile with an alternate address. Hope to get this sample soon. Is anything else that I should do? Should I raise a ticket or something? Or just updating the add is enough?

they used a courier service called 'vichare couriers'...their website indeed shows limited range of places where they deliver...not to mention my parcel was cut open too.... u can check their website and ask them with ur area details >> http://www.vichare.com

When you have updated the address, Inditeam won't be automatically notified about it. You should create a ticket saying that you have given an alternate address for the sample.

I think this courier service is for mumbai only.

yes gaurav...it says service is limited to those mentioned areas...so mostly those in bombay/pune have recieved it

I think the closing date will be announced after a majority of those who applied receive the samples. Samples getting lost and IB resending them is a common thing

I guess they heard me. Received the sample today, a shampoo and a conditioner bottle. Thankfully they were intact. But the black bag in which they came and the courier service, both were shoddy. Think Tressemme tried a new courier, Vichare Services, and they couldn't cope up with the expectations.
