My first though on seeing your blog URL was that it is too long. Just think if anyone would be willing to type that long URL? As your blog is just 3 months old, I would suggest that you change your URL to a shorter one. 

The template and the choice of widgets is good. I think you can remove the Meta widget at the bottom.

I agree, however, this blog is more of an expression and the name lends meaning. While, I do want readers to reach out, I would not want to model my blog to rally uneccessary likes and followers. :) 

Aradhana you got awesome writing skills Thumbs up for that :). However your blog url is way to long and it will make your readers difficult to reach your blog. :) otherwise everything is perfect as it should be :)
