Gay Rights - a historic judgement
Well friends, today Dehi H.C. gave a historic judgement by legalising same sex sexual intercourse. What do you think about it?

this is a bit old, but let's just say, i loved my country a little bit more after this judgement. Proud to be Indian!

Its a historic jugement all right. Strange that it took soo long to arrive. India was one of the few democracies that had such an archaic anti-gay law then. I blogged about it too, naturally.

yeah ofcourse sex has to be consenting(and between adults), otherwise its a rape!
I believe the word used is "consenting"
In any case anti-gay laws are archaic and discriminatory.
