Hi,

  • Good to see the use of TLD.
  • Nice Theme.. Clean layout, liked it..
  • Website is full of content.. Good to be in there..
  • Speed optimization is needed
  • GTMetrix reports the main page size is 12MB.. :-O.. Opening really slow in my 512kbps connection..
  • Images needs to be web optimized since every page is loading really slow..

Over all looks excellent, but really consider images optimization as website feels really slow..

I am a Bengali and I can just imagine the amount of hard work that you have put in to create this blog. Well done!

On the first look, the one thing that struck me were the pictures. Should you make them more bengali looking? Written in bengali and looking like 'westerners'  seems to be causing a little dissonance.
