Review this Blog please

I had asked for a review of my blog earlier when i was on the blogspot ecosystem. Several people told me to switch to Wordpress, as the experience and features are better overall. I have implemented the same and Would absolutely love it if you all could give my blog a look, and tell me what you feel.
