My First Expert - Mother's Day Special contest with exciting Prizes

My hamper is out for delivery since 19th August by Track on Courier. I have contacted them several times but each time they say that they are looking into the matter. Is there anything IB can do in this matter?

Oops! I got a total of 12 packs, 4 in each. Didn't expect one hamper for each entry. Luckily my 4th post went unnoticed.

I could find people who would use the black one. If any of you would like to receive the other two colours, I will be happy to send. I feel guilty to stuff things that I don't use. I wish we had the option to choose if we want to receive the hamper or not.

I stay in Tamilnadu, but the dispatch status shows it has been dispatched to Ludhiana (Punjab) 

Where did you find the despatch details?  There's nothing in Indispatch, no email either.

In my Indispatch, the tracking ID and the courier company's link are given. I have checked the Id and it shows that my package is in some other place.
