Is Advertisement harmful for the reputation of a Blog?

Now the issue is fixed. I have put one ad on the top of the page and others 2 on the both sides of the blog.

Satyendra your ad placements are all wrong and overlapping content. Get them fixed from somebody who has that knowledge

Server costs money. Internet connection costs money. Electricity costs money. Readers don't just go to a single website. They know website runs ads as a tradeoff for getting good quality content for free. The only thing harming you blog is bad content and bad website design. That's it. 

I disagree. I do believe that advertisement deters the people like me. If given a choice of two websites--one with advertisement and one without-- I will be selecting the one withour advertisement.
