Here today I am going to start a New blog on the topic of "Free Recharge Tricks".
Can any blogger friend suggest me some kind of wordpress plugin and responsive themes. plz

Yeah. The new Twenty Sixteen theme is quite good.
It's quite responsive as well.
First have some content- 20 to 30 at least. Then choose a theme accordingly. Till then, just use those default themes.
