How many websites are we allowed to add in IB?
I added 7 blogs, but only 4 are approved! Do they only allow 4 blogs per head?

keep blogging... just check that your url links are not same... use custom post urls for best results
There’s no limit to the number of blogs that you can submit. You may have to check if they all comply to the submission guidelines.
