Do you want my honest opinion - I could not stay on your blog for even a minute ! reason : Its a khichdi of ads and zig zag posts.Extremely disorganised.I really suggest you clean up the cacophony and choose some clean template for a fresh start !
The homepage of your blog looks little messy due to so many small images. Your blog post has too many "also read" links in between the post, if you keep it below the post content, it will look more organized.
