What should we be doing in Blogger meets?

having attended a few blogger meets myself and also having organized one, i think we should think of some more ideas for upcoming blogger meets.

Very good discussion initiated by you Vineet.. I haven't attended any blogger meet yet.. But I often wonder what would be the right format & agenda for a perfect blogger meet! Should it be similar to any other seminar (lecture by some distinguished bloggers followed by question answer session & then by high tea/lunch) or should it be different... I feel, it should be so informal, interactive & fun-filled that you don't even realise you are learning something there..
I havent attended any meet yet .. so i have no clue :( but i am open to discuss any idea ;)
