@Pramod - Since Deepavali is just around the corner, I guess all will be busy.

@ranjini, yes its true. lot of cleaning, etc. going on

@Pramod - This weekend will be full swing house cleaning. Thank God the new maid arrives tomorrow. Can't wait to start baking cakes and cookies!! How is the preparation at your end?

@ here the clening is in full swing since 15 days.  its a village, so no problem of maids etc.

my mother has some eye trouble so I 'll have to make a short kolkata visit tom.

i dont about diwali but certainly, ppl are not coming here...

gambling in groups does take place.
