hey you have got a nice blog. loved the recipies. sure to try them asap. but can please get a different template? it looks bland in ways.

I agree with Paulami though - I recommend altering the template to something which is a bit easier on the eyes. At the moment the orange-text-on-offwhite-background is a little too dazzling. I think that as a lot of your blog is photographs, which are themselves mostly dominated by lighter colours, a dark background would provide a more pleasing contrast.
Loved the recipies and the image of a stuffed bread on the first page itself makes you hungry... but it also has a disadvantage... too many pics makes your page slower to load... also, your blog theme being food, add more colour to it... make it more delicious
