Great blog... Loved the simple look but the articles are very well written...
You can put the recent posts up in the sidebar and also add the labels widget there!

Just one more suggestion--
You could consider sliding the FedJit right down in the sidebar as it is only for you and other people are more interested in the recent posts and following your blog?
