You have a very good blog but here are some of my suggesstions:

>> Make the blog interesting bu chnaging the theme into something related to programming

>> Move the recommended posts gadget from the bottom to the sidebar so that readers can notice it.

>> Lastly, isn't the live traffic feed unnecessary?

Thank u ranjith for your valuable feedback. Below are mt answers to your suggestions

1) i removed the theme, so that my page loads faster( rather than desingning i am concentrating quality content and speed response to my readers.

2) this is just temporary placement. once i remove live traffic feed, ill move recommended posts gadget to live traffic feed place

3) This i am using temporarily, to know at what time more visitors are coming and from which place........ so that i will update the content reguarly on that particular time.....

And if u like my site please try to promote it in any way.
