You want a domain name like www.icynosure.com or hosting?

If it is the domain name, then you should buy the domain name and link it to your blogger blog. You can buy the domain name from bigrock.in, hostgator.com, godaddy etc.

If you want to have a self hosted site, you will have to move to wordpress ( or some other platform like joomla, drupal etc ). You should but  a domain name and hosting at any of the above mentioned sites.
