Section 66A of IT Act– Is it a bad Law ?

A law cannot be blamed for its misuse. Instead we must strive to ensure that the scope for misuse is reduced by stricter rules for implementation. Section 66A of IT Act is no exception to this. It is a good Law that is being misused.
