IBM tops patent list for a record 22nd year, received 7,534 patents in 2014

IBM has occupied the first spot and beaten all the previous records in terms of yearly patents that it had set earlier, by clocking 7,534 patents in 2014, according to the figures by IFI Claims Patent Services.
