Sukanya Samriddhi Yojana (SSY) is a deposit/investment scheme for Girl Child. It is a Government initiative under the Beti Padhao Beti Bachao (Save and Educate Girl Child) campaign keeping in mind the welfare and educational needs of a girl child.
