I heard about this book even way back in Standard 6. I remember that we, young pre-pubescent boys, were intrigued by its title, 'Ten Little Niggers'. That was, of course, its original title when Agatha Christie in the UK in 1939 and was based on a rhyme from minstrel shows and children's games.
